Currently PayPal or Ko-Fi is preferred; currency: USD. (username: kcimaginary). My ko-fi is enabled to accept card payments, Apple Pay, etc. through Stripe.

Cryptocurrencies are not accepted.

Payment is due in full before work begins on the commission. If the commissioner lacks funds at the time their commission comes up in the queue, they can defer their place in the queue until such time as funds are available.

Full refunds for cancellation will be issued only when work has not yet begun on the commission. Partial refunds may be issued based on the amount of work completed on the commission if the client wishes to cancel the project.

My prices are subject to change based on time available and desire to work on commissions, and my development as an artist. I may occasionally offer sales or specials.

NFTs/related; my art is not permitted to be minted, bought or sold as an NFT under any circumstance.

I will communicate with you regularly throughout the process and share works-in-progress at each stage. I will solicit your feedback to make sure you are happy with the direction of the commission. All communication will be conducted in a professional and friendly manner.

I will deliver a full-res/high-quality final image(s) to you, typically in a .png or .jpeg format. If you require another file type or deliverable, please notify me upon initial request.

If the process is slowed/delayed for any reason, I will communicate with you in a timely fashion.

You must provide quality reference material. (Clear and well-lit photos, clear screenshots, or detailed written description and inspirational material as applicable)

If you have a deadline (e.g., a birthday) you must notify me upon initial request. Please plan well in advance. Commission requests are taken in order of receipt; I reserve the right to deny a request if I cannot make your deadline.

You MUST communicate in a timely fashion when dealing with drafts/revisions/requests for feedback. Please let me know if you need to pause the process for any reason; I’m happy to accommodate! If you do not inform me of inability to respond to communications AND you then fail to respond to communications within a week, your commission will be moved to the end of the queue.

You are free to use your commission for most personal uses, such as display on your personal websites/social media/related with a proper credit line to the artist; to print it out and display it, or otherwise share or store the image for noncommercial purposes. Use of your commission with generative AI tools is not permitted. Resale of my art, mass/commercial printing on other products, etc. is not permitted without prior written agreement. Works intended for commercial use are subject to higher pricing.

I reserve the right to display the commission on my social media and as part of my digital or print portfolio, or for other self-promotional purposes. This includes works in progress as well as the completed artwork, unless you inform me you would prefer your commission remain private.

If your commission contains your intellectual property (e.g. an original character) your IP remains yours. If it contains the intellectual property of another person, their IP remains theirs.
